THE BEACH BOYS X JHS PEDALS

THE BEACH BOYS X JHS PEDALS

JHS Pedals, a guitar and pedal effects company based in Kansas City, Missouri, boasts a robust yet quirky social presence with an active viewership each week on their livestreams. Our core social strategy aimed to emphasize “summer fun as a place for everyone,” joyful of The Beach Boys’ music. We sought to reconnect The Beach Boys to their more playful, “fun, fun, fun” side around the premiere of their Emmy-nominated documentary on Disney+.

My team and I independently developed an extensive network of The Beach Boys social creators over the course of two years without the support of external agencies. We leveraged this creator network to enhance our collaboration with JHS Pedals, illustrating the timeless appeal of The Beach Boys’ sound.

Individual Skillset in Focus: Content Strategy, Talent Relations, Influencer Relations, & Partnerships

But first, a little commotion for these pedals 🤤

We got the guy who went viral for making a song sound like The Beach Boys to make a Beach Boys song using our new pedals…

And worked with other creators to join in on the fun, fun, fun.

We loved working with local creators so much that we worked with them to create branded content for our official YouTube channel.

Now sold exclusively on Sweetwater, The Beach Boys pedals are among the most requested JHS Pedals.

Tastemaker Event at EastWest Studios in Hollywood

We hosted an exclusive tastemaker event at EastWest Studios in Los Angeles, where influencers, musicians, and industry insiders got to hang out with the JHS Pedals team. They had a blast testing out the newest pedals, chatting about the creative process, and sharing their thoughts on the gear. The vibe was all about collaboration and connection, bringing together a diverse group of people who love music and innovation. It was a perfect setting to showcase the pedals and see firsthand how they resonate with real musicians.
